Moriz Nähr is the founder's great-great-uncle.
We carry his name not as a label, but as a reminder:
even in uncertain times, there were people
who did not wait — but shaped.

HeuteToday
Und bewahren, was sonst verloren ginge –
er mit der Kamera, wir mit Teig.As back then, it calls for a watchful eye,
deep roots
and curiosity about what comes next.
MORIZ is the endeavour to translate that attitude into a manufactory.
Look closely before we act. Meet the raw material with respect.
And keep what would otherwise be lost — he with the camera, we with dough.
